Gave another chance to this location after many mess ups but I just had the most infuriating experience with them.Had a togo order from the driveway. Waited a while to get it.When I got it, i double checked the bag cause it was too much for one big bag). I see that we are missing a hash brown box.I wave to a girl and a tell her that we are missing an item. She takes the whole bag back into the chick fila first time this happens).She came back and with an attitude told me the hasbrowns were at the bottom. I trusted and drove home.When I got home I check the bag and now a chicken minis box is missing I saw it the first time).No I got two kids crying sister had to share and brother didnt get his full breakfast).I call chick fila and request to talk to a manager, she says she is the manager I tell her what happened and gives me attitude again. I asked her to come and deliver the minis and she said she won’t do that. That I can drive back and get it if I wanted it.So to upper management and the owner, this self identified manager called Jazmin Espinosa is not well suited for customer service and cannot accept she is in the wrong. Completely unfit for a leadership position.We have a big party in May and we were going to cater Chik from this location. We now will look into another location or just another restaurant all together.Richard Gonzalez, take a hold of your location.

The food is good. But very crowded. Very busy, and sometimes you get half fries just because... I know I asked for extra Polynesian sauce, but did you have to tax my waffle fries??? The ratio was one waffle fry to one packet of Polynesian sauce. Smh.

Great customer service, from the youngest to the oldest. Thank you!

Avoid this location at all cost. Unprofessional, always missing items and condiments, not at all helpful and they dont care at all. Service and staff sucks. 0/10

Almost everything is great. The only problem is the congestion in the parking lot. It is managed as well as possible but still a nightmare.
