Buffalo Wild Wings ‘go’

Arrive for 6:20pm didn't receive til 6:40 everything cold ask for refund and never received...horrible location.

Never ever order from them on Super Bowl Sunday or any busy day! They pre cooked the wings and they were dried out. One batch had no sauce because they were out of the Bourbon BBQ. Maybe including another BBQ sauce on the side might have been a nice idea! But no amount of sauce was going to help those dried out wings!

Ran by children who are more interested in listening to music and dancing in the back while conversating as opposed to taking care of orders coming in through the online services. There were a line of people waiting for their orders when I arrived and my order was not started until after I arrived. I waited about 15 minutes even though order was placed through online service and I arrived roughly 15 minutes after that for grand total of about 30 minutes for about some wings.Took a while for anyone to even acknowledge I was there.

Ordered my food for pick up. Timeframe stated was a 7:50pm pickup. (11/17). I showed up a few mins after that timeframe. I spoke with two girls and they both kept took my name for my pick up. Advised it'll be a moment till the order is ready. 8:29pm passes along nothing. The third girl I spoke too just so happens to pull my order out of a fridge like here it is. I felt so dumbfounded.. because how long had my food been waiting there before I requested a refund. Needless to say, I did not want the food anymore. I requested a refund. They def have major operational issues. Had a line of people waiting there was no one at the front majority of the time. I hope they process my refund in the adequate timeframe mentioned.
