D'angelo Grilled Sandwiches - Stoneham

During my visit to the city, I experienced friendly service and enjoyed the food that you would typically expect from a D'Angelo's. Thank you!

The food is excellent, and the service is quite good. However, the interior could use some updating, as it feels a bit outdated.

However, I did notice some time ago that D'Angelo's also seemed to lower the quality of their steak. While still very good, it just isn't as tasty and juicy as the steaks they used to serve. So, D'Angelo's, watch out! A really good cheeseburger isn't a bad alternative, and you can get those anywhere. I also enjoy visiting the Mishawum store in Woburn. They never took more than 5 minutes to prepare one of my subs when I was driving trucks in the area.

I usually get the steak bomb that's brilliant. Today I have the Italian sub in a bag and it was also great. I wish there was a D'Angelo closer to home.

I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was denied service because the woman at the front counter told me, "We are not taking any orders, pick-up only," at 8:30 PM on a Sunday, even though they close at 9 PM.
