Chou Lee's - Stonecrest

The reviews seemed to rave about this spot but my chicken with teriyaki was over cooked. Really dry.. Also I thought it would be grilled but it was fried so keep in mind.... Guys at the register were cool guys.. Cool service. Restaurant was clean but food just want on point.

Chicken was so tough, and dry even with sauce on it. I literally had to throw my plate in the trash where it belongs. Vegetables were over cooked, rice was over cooked and super dry!! And then they had the nerve to make my wife wait 35 minutes for 2 plates of trash. Only thing that was fresh was the fortune cookies that came with the entrees. I am not lying I through it all in the trash. It was just that bad.

It's not your run of the meal Chinese food. The food is good.

Chou Lee's is the best Chinese restaurant in town. You can heat it up the next day and it taste like you just bought it. If you haven't eaten there your missing out

*DANGER- FOOD POISONING* I found this place because of all of the high ratings on Google. The customer service was great and the food tasted amazing. Unfortunately it gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. I ate this one time on Thursday night and I am still sick on Sunday. Here’s what I ate on 2/22/24 in case anyone else is ill: -vegetable egg role -moo shu beef (at the sauce, didn’t eat the tortilla) -fried rice (appeared to be plain without protein or vegetables) I have no idea what part of that meal made me sick but I would not wish this on anyone. I will never eat here again.
