Burger King - Stone

If I had to choose between Burger King and McDonald's, I would definitely go for Burger King. Their menu includes many tastier and higher-quality options. As I write this review, I've just received my order after a 15-minute wait, which I understand might be due to the heavy traffic on the autobahn. I hope that next time the wait will be shorter so I can give a full five stars. That said, the food is fantastic as always. Make sure to use the app to take advantage of discounts—I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me one, as that's not typically the case with the usual autobahn service!

What excellent customer service! I ordered a fish finger burger, and the staff member kindly informed me that it would be fried in the same oil as chicken. After I had eaten half of it, I expressed my gratitude and got it exchanged for a different burger. I really appreciated her honesty.

I feel sorry for the staff who work here; they must endure a lot of difficult interactions with customers. Unfortunately, it's not their fault, but this place is truly disappointing. It's unclean, incredibly overpriced, and they don't accept any vouchers. Burger King has definitely lost its crown. Rating: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I was charged for a double Whopper with cheese, but instead received a plain burger. It seems they take advantage of being in a service station and get away with poor service.
