Bidrage med feedbackA beautiful restaurant with views of the gardens. the personal is beautiful and friendly nothing too much annoying really beautiful atmosphere. Eat is nice to breakfast.
Food was excellent and fantastic service. We both had omelette, which was full of flavour. Chips were cooked to perfection and everything was piping hot. I would highly recommend
After recently visiting The Six Arches I feel the need to review this trip as what could have been a very pleasant breakfast was spoilt by A The pot of tea was only tepid warm, we did ask if they would swap it...which was no trouble, however the second was no better. No way was freshly boiled water used to make the tea. B The breakfast was very tasty but again spoilt by it not being served hot, hopefully this will be looked into as it’s such an easy fix to sort out. C There were far too many staff, we felt we were being watched with them standing around just waiting to pounce when a table had finished. At one point there were 7 members of staff standing around the till area. I realise it may get busy at times but 7 members?
A group of four adults and one toddler, we visited a couple of days ago. I had a jacket potato with beef chilli. The potato was enormous. The meal was well presented and tasty. We had not taken our two small dogs, as the Trentham...web site said they weren’t allowed in the cafés or restaurants on site. But a couple arrived in the restaurant with a dog and were allowed in. This could be made clearer on the web site.
Visited here with family on a Sunday afternoon. Drinks came with dirty glasses and food with dirty cutlery. Roast beef dinner meat really tough couldn’t cut through it so ended up leaving it. Vegetables rock hard and not very warm. My daughter had Turkey...Roast but could not eat it after finding a black hair (her hair is blonde) my other daughter had a club sandwich which was inedible, soggy bread and wet chips as they were stacked on top of each other. Won’t be going here again!
