Papa Johns Pizza - Stoke-on-Trent

Papa John's in Longton. Placed an order at 4:30pm but it never arrived. Tried calling multiple times but had no luck reaching anyone. Proceed with caution when ordering, especially online or through Deliveroo.

I recently tried Papa John's for the first time and I was blown away. I placed my order online but decided to call to confirm it had been received. The person who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I also ordered the cauliflower wings and requested a different dip than the hot buffalo sauce since I don't like spicy food. The staff member was very accommodating and offered me a choice of garlic dip or a vegan option, which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery arrived quickly, and the delivery person was very polite and accommodating. She even offered to leave the bag at my doorstep to maintain social distancing. The food was delicious and piping hot when it arrived. I also ordered Ben and Jerry's cookie dough, which was still perfectly cold. I can't praise Papa John's enough for their exceptional food and service. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I highly recommend giving them a try - you won't be disappointed. The order arrived quickly, but I was disappointed with my first experience at Papa John's. The toppings on the pizza were sparse and uneven, unlike anything I have ever seen before. The crust felt like it took up 20% of the pizza. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Papa John's no matter the destination in England is the best chain of Pizza companies, the quality is just sublime . Believe me I have been to Italy. The freshness ; the dipping sauces especially Buffalo and Honey mustard , the range of toppings , the texture , the sides and everything is just wow. Their standards are extremely high and customer service is exemplary.
