Mcdonald's Restaurants - Stoke-on-Trent

Very good customer service. faster service. I went to the breakfast late morning, just before the breakfast service ended (end about 11 o'clock) not busy at this time, good clean parking, also has a drive in or to foot to the self-service machines and order inside. can eat or take away.

We took 5 children for a little birthday party. the staff was great and very helpful. they helped make it special for my little niece. they bought the birthday cake and sang happy birthday and the whole restaurant entered! we will do mcdonald’s and the Fab team at festival park

Had a drive through. Service was good, burgers and fries were good but the wrap wasn't wrapped very well

It's a standard McDonald's nothing special. Not great when busy though.

Ordered at the drive thru. Asked for 2 extra dips (weren’t even put through let alone got them) ordered and paid for 9 nuggets… received 5 of those 9… average chips with basically no salt, stale nuggets could’ve broken a tooth eating them. Good luck trying to eat anything here…
