Market Place Cafe - Stoke-on-Trent

Go to cafe in Stoke as far as we’re concerned. Good selection of simple no nonsense food, cheese and bacon oatcakes are brilliant. Very friendly staff and customers, there’s always a discussion to get involved in it seems. Dog friendly as opposed to dog tolerant, they even made something not usually on the menu for our off colour puppy. Lovely little spot.

Remains the best cafe for miles around. No nonsense food and drink and very friendly staff and customers. My favourite lunchtime spot in the area.

Being early for an appointment we looked for somewhere to stop for a coffee. There aaren't many suitable places in the area but this cafe looked OK and had parking outside. Inside is a pleasant surprise, comfortable seating and the resulting drinks were very pleasant. A great little oasis with friendly staff.

Great cafe proper tea and oatcakes tidy clean warm and food well priced. Exactly what is needed.

Only had a take away caramel mocha but very very nice for £2. Food seemed good prices and offers for students. The Lady serving was nice.
