Sorry can't rate food we only had a latte. But being Italian it was lovely, it was a very windy cold day so it was welcome, just two members of staff when we called in.both very pleasant helpful, I walk with a rollator. The young man showed us the best table to sit at. We looked at the menu but it was but early for us to eat, but my friend I are both vegetarian there was several different options for us if we had wanted to eat. So we decided we are going back to try the menu, maybe several visits to work our way through it.lol.everywhere was very clean welcoming. To add to my comments, I want to note that we didn’t finish all the food, and there were two dishes that we didn’t eat despite having paid for them. We didn’t make a big fuss about it because we believe in being polite and respectful—qualities that seem to be lacking in the staff. We did bring up a few concerns with the waiter, but they responded very rudely. Finally, it's evident from the responses to negative reviews how unprofessional this establishment is. Instead of addressing valid concerns that have been repeatedly mentioned, they choose to disregard them. Nonetheless, I wish them luck with their business. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
