Kings Fast Food - Stoke-on-Trent

Excellent food , massive selection, really good prices , and they don't stint on the portions. Really worth a try .

I've got to say the food is really nice from here I am a big fan of their burgers, Chicken Shawarma, and certainly their fried chicken. The last order I had we ordered for a family of 5 adults and 1 child, and everyone said the said that their food was hot and fresh, the only disappointment was the chips were slightly undercooked and a bit soggy just needed a bit longer then they would have been perfect. Always deliver on time or earlier than expected. The only reason I didn't award them the full 5 stars is they need to be better at customer service skills and interacting more with customers they really lack skill in this department and considering I work in the food industry myself, I know for a fact they are badly lacking at this. However I still rate Kings as one of the best in my top 5 takeaways in Stoke on Trent.

Food was good, but the website and what was recieved was not, we ordered the family value box which states that It can come with a choice of either shawarma or donner, I rang up as I never recieved the shawarma and the excuse was you added extra cheese not ordering again for lack of info on website.

I ordered food and it didn't taste nice the chips are oile. I asked them not to put sweet chilli but they still did. We always oder from here but today im just so disappointed. Didnt enjoy at all. I also asked them to call me then they are outside but they knocked on the door.

DO NOT ORDER Not only spent 11.50 on a mix grill but added an extra skewer of steak for 3.50!! And the amount of meat and salad was a pisstake (excuse my language). When I called up, obviously mad. First time they put the phone down half way of the complaint. And then I called back even more mad. I got told you get what you pay for and put the phone down yet again. Disgusting customer service, grim food and not enough. DO NOT ORDER!!!
