Well...... First one for a while, first visit to this kfc, so disappointed and really upset tbf, chips cold and old, gravey was tasteless and I mean tasteless, now for the chicken....... 10 piece bucket, not fresh, not hot, and again not flavour never known this for a KFC...... We did normal drive through but when we got to the window they insisted we had ordered on the app, we had not it was their mistake, never again, I wish I had checked the reviews before we wasted 20.00

If I could give less than 1 star then I would, this KFC puts a bad name on the KFC chain! The restaurant is filthy, the service is slow and shocking, the food is cold and looks like it is about 3 days old, and half of our order was missing! Terrible, terrible, terrible...avoid this KFC!!

We walked in. 2 females were laughing and joking behind the counter. There was food on the floor where people were walking. Tables were disgusting. The food? Well. It looked like it was thrown on the baps. The bins were full so it was impossible to empty tray. Not sure what they did to the chips but yuk! I wouldn't recommend this filth to anyone.

I had previously avoided this restaurant due to its numerous negative reviews. However, while shopping nearby around 1:00pm, I decided to give it a try to see if it had improved. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the place had been recently renovated and was clean and well-maintained. The staff seemed more experienced and professional than I had expected. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience with delicious food and would definitely return in the future.
