Bidrage med feedbackI ordered pizzas there for £20, they never arrived. the reason: international phone numbers cannot be called by the supplier's phone. when I ordered, I could leave my number and pay, but was never informed that non-English pay does not work. edit: by the general customer service and paypal I could get my money back. thanks for that. but the customer support in the local business is very bad, the operators were not very understandable. I do not recommend ordering anyone there with a non-British phone number.
Unwilling to co operate with a simple request. We called less than 1 minute after ordering simply asking if we could change the base from tomato to BBQ. We were told no as they had already been put in the oven granted if it really was already in the oven then it’s **** quick service… I asked if they could put in another instead, given that we had called plenty quick enough, only to be told rudely “if you want to pay for it as well, yeah”. Just really poor customer service skills which does not necessarily reflect on the minimum wage staff but rather the incompetent management, I suspect.
I ordered my pizza for 4pm. It arrived 15 minutes early, which is brilliant IF everyone is here, however, now my husband has to eat cold or reheated pizza!! When I called Trent Vale, the manager said it was not their problem. Absolutely shocking!! Why state a delivery slot when you're going to send it ASAP anyway? Terrible customer service from what is usually a fantastic store!
Ordered a deal that came with a drink (one of the only reasons i chose that deal) when it came it didnt have any sauce on the pizza, completely dry and on top of that it didnt come with the drink, it was like i was in the sahara, when i said to the delivery guy, didnt this come with a drink he was like ‘oh yeah sorry sir I’ll run back and get it now’ but never came back. Called them up but they let the phone ring out, absolute bellends
I would never use this place again. I had a problem with an offer that was still ongoing. They refused to honour the offer. I asked to speak to the manager. She was nasty from the second she started to speak. She said WHAT! I told her the problem. She said look if my staff say it is finished it's finished ok. Is that all? I said. I work in retail and know never to speak to a customer this way. She said go away and put the phone down. I contacted the head office. I got an e mail saying they had received my e mail and they would pass it to the franchise manager who would contact the franchisee and sort it out. I heard nothing total waste of time. If you have a problem with them, dont take it there. In fact just forget about it. Nothing will be done about it
