Domino's Pizza - Stoke-on-Trent

I ordered three pizzas because they had a 50% discount, but they were terrible. One of them didn't even have cheese on it. I called the manager and they offered to send another pizza, but I was too put off by the experience. I have ordered from this restaurant before and never had any issues.

Avoid ordering from Domino's Abbey Hulton as the service is consistently slow and the food is often delivered late or cold.

Disgusting experience. The Delivery driver wouldnt deliver to our door asking us to come out to them refusing to deliver to our door because it’s company policy yet we have had 20+ deliveries since they moved to Leek which have been delivered to our door. I then phone the shop to get very rude abuse from the apparent manager who hung up on me refusing to give me the number of there head office. In total shock! I understand now that apparently It’s company policy for Dominos drivers not to enter buildings but there is no possible way to access our flat with out doing so, also it was written on the delivery instructions when the order was placed so if there was a problem it should of been mentioned then not after we had waited so long. We are now waiting for a refund.

What's better than a 35 quid 2 pizza and drinks meal? A cold 2 pizza and no drinks meal.... 90 minutes after ordering still no food. Delivery driver hadn't got a clue where it was even after ringing me so I go down the street to him only to find he's forgotten my drinks. Pizzas freezing cold... Well what's to be expected after 90 minutes of a big smiley face telling me my food is out for delivery... Glass of milk hotter than the food.. Not every day that happens. Will not be using dominoes (Abbey Hulton) again and I strongly advise nobody else to either unless you like cold food and being thirsty. Warning hot? WARNING NORTH POLE ENCLOSED

Ordered a half and half pizza and one side of the pizza had been cooked twice resulting in congealed cheese and crispy pepperoni not edible in the bin it went I'll think twice before ordering again from Domino's
