Miles provided exceptional service, ensuring our water and tea were always topped off. The Mushroom Ravioli was fantastic, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the butternut squash dish she ordered. She also loved the house white wine and highly recommends it to everyone.

I ordered a family takeout meal online three hours in advance. When I arrived, they hadn’t even started preparing the meal, and I had to wait another 30 minutes without receiving any apology. Once I got home, I discovered they had forgotten the pasta. I called to explain the situation and complain, and they said they would issue a small refund, but it never showed up on my card. After waiting a week and calling again, I was met with indifference, as the person on the phone said they weren't responsible for my order. The food we received was okay, but the service was absolutely terrible.

I absolutely love the bread at this restaurant. I've been visiting since I was 20 years old and I've never had any problems. The atmosphere is always very welcoming, and I really appreciate how the dishes are presented. A while back, they used to offer these delicious Italian sodas, which I'm sad to see are no longer available, but the food is still fantastic. It's a wonderful place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

Wasn't really impressed. First time ever visiting a macaroni grill. After a very long day of driving, just wanted to relax and have a good meal. The atmosphere was great, our server was very nice, and the restaurant was clean, so there was no complaintsthere. It was the food. The kids pizzas seemed half cooked, my salad had huge chunks of the lettuce stems, and my husband saidhis tour of Italy was bland and disappointing. Like I said, the service was great, but food, not so much.
