Delicious! Consistently brilliant for over 20 years. Extremely busy at times! And yet, always delivers the goods! Parking: When it's busy parking appears sparse on arriving. But I've always found a spot.

I called in an order for pick-up and arrived early. I was waiting for my order when I saw a lady with dyed hair behind the counter raising her voice and using foul language to reprimand an employee. After she was done the lady with pink or red hair walked away leaving the employee in tears at the counter.As I waited, the lady return to the front counter calling that employee over to her. As the employee was trying not to cry again she put her hand up and was walking towards the back. The lady followed her saying no, you don 't have the right to tell me no! Don 't walk away from me! Soon after my order was ready and I asked that employee if the lady with dyed hair was the owner. She replied that was the regional manager.I told the employee that she was very rude and unprofessional. The employee apologized to me.I just can 't believe a Regional Manager would act so unprofessional. There was no reason to raise her voice, use foul language and cause embarrassment to an employee in front of the customers. Kid-friendliness: NOT kid friendly with the Regional Manager using foul language in front of customers.

Tried the sampler platter. It was more than expected. It had wings, little ribs, wedges, garlic mozzarella bread and ranch, just delicious

This restaurant brings backs many thoughts of my past...I will always come to enjoy a Michaels pizza ?
