We stumbled upon this gem, and it was a fantastic discovery for our family. The location is close and convenient, featuring a laid-back café vibe. The flavors are comparable to other Thai restaurants we've been to, with one notable exception: there’s a lack of heat and spice. However, Lotus compensates for this by offering a range of heat options at each table.

I have visited this establishment once. In terms of service, my server was quick to take and serve my order. I like to order Pad Thai to compare it to other Thai restaurants in the area. In terms of the actual food, I found my Pad Thai to be quite subpar . The temperature of my food was lower than I expected and the dish lacked seasoning. The noodle to protein ratio was also quite off. On a final note, I was just disappointed.

Friendly service and seemingly delicious food options. No vegan options available, not even for Thai teas. The papaya salad wasn’t good, too fishy, but everything else was ok.

The server was incredibly friendly to my family, making sure to check on us every eight minutes to see if we needed anything. My parents really enjoyed the food and the warm hospitality. We will definitely be returning. The food was worth more than what we paid. The Thai tea was absolutely delicious!

I'm currently at Lotus and have always loved their number two noodle dish. However, I've noticed that they sometimes have kids serving, which is a bit unusual. That's why I'm giving the service three stars.
