Chick-fil-a - Stockton

I ordered the grilled chicken deluxe sandwich with fries and a drink. The chicken was extremely tough, requiring a steak knife to cut it into small enough pieces to eat. The sandwich lacked flavor and the portions were very small. The best part of our order was the fries and drinks. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for our family and a waste of money. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will instead go to In-N-Out where I can enjoy spending my hard-earned money.

My last two visits to this restaurant have not been great. I work at a Chick-fil-A in Nevada and I understand that some reviews can be exaggerated, but I will provide the time and date of my visit for verification purposes. On October 22, 2022, at 9:11pm, I experienced a long line with no sense of urgency from the staff. There was one girl at the register and a few others standing around seemingly without purpose. Even if they were off the clock, standing around the front gives the impression that they are ignoring guests. The girl who assisted me did not have a recognizable uniform and was wearing a personal sweater with no name tag. (If she was signed in to the register, her name may be Alannah, although she may have been using someone else's. She had long black hair that was not tied back. I observed her eating a wrap with her hair down near the kitchen door when I first got in line, and then she moved to the register when I reached the front. I saw her handle an order after mine, and her hair was touching a cup on the counter, making me grateful I did not order a drink as I feared hair could end up in the ice bin. This was a frustrating experience, as I expect my order to be a priority and my food to be hair-free. A previous visit had a similar issue with a long line and lack of urgency, although I cannot recall the exact date. Shortly after posting my review, my friend found a hair in his fries. I showed it to the staff and received a replacement with little concern shown.

I recently tried the new spicy grilled chicken sandwich and to be honest, it was very disappointing. The sandwich lacked flavor and was not spicy at all, tasting more like a regular grilled sandwich. Additionally, it was dry. I was not informed that pepper jack cheese was an option to add to my sandwich, which I believe would have improved the taste. I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this sandwich was a letdown.

This drive-through moves pretty fast. They have two lanes going and people outside taking orders. Even though the lunch hour is always busy, they get through it within 10 to 15 minutes.

C?mon Chick-fil-A you can do better. If I wanted a little bit of fries I would?ve gotten a small?
