Afternoon Tea At Wynyard Hall

Beautiful ambiente, relaxed, not at all by personal, nice eating, round pleasant experience.

Delightful surroundings for a special birthday afternoon tea. Staff very welcoming and efficient. Staff brought out a lovely slate board with a happy birthday message piped on it homemade sweets very nice touch. We both enjoyed the ambiance and the variety quality of the afternoon tea. After our Prosecco afternoon tea we finished off with a nice walk around the estate gardens and shops purchased some nice festive presents.

We have only had afternoon tea at Wynyard Hall, so can’t comment on other dining experiences. The whole experience was excellent, with superb service, a most relaxing and warm atmosphere and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back

Surroundings, service, food quality, building history etc etc all excellent. Had a lovely couple of hours meeting up with an ex neighbour who was back in the area visiting relatives. A really relaxing afternoon and probably over stayed our time slot but had no feeling of being hurried to leave our seating. Afterwards, wandering around the building, recounting my relatively limited knowledge of the history of Wynyard Hall and grounds brought back many happy memories. Aidan on Reception was very helpful with our questions and showing us into the wonderful Chapel. Overall, was a lovely experience.
