Carousel - Stockport

I recently visited the Carousel after many years away from my beloved hometown of Reddish, I was shocked to see how much it's transformed. A pool table and darts board are incredible additions and all of the bar staff were so great. I was given recommendations on what was good to eat and my god the menu has been completely revamped for the better. We had the tacos, which looked and tasted amazing. Cant wait for another trip with my old man.

Enjoyed a family meal and catch up and the food was OK. Two of us had steak and said it wasn't a good quality, but everything else was fine. Prices ok for this type of pub food. Food was served up reasonably warm. No hot drinks available other than tea, which was a shame.

The atmosphere and staff at this restaurant are fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the cocktail special on Fridays and Saturdays from 6 to 9. The food is excellent and offers great value for money, especially the burger deals. The food was amazing, the only downside was that napkins were not provided.

I only go here on a few occasions whenever I drop into Stockport with work, but this is one of the nicest pubs that I have tried. The whole place is very nice with it being very clean and the staff being quite friendly. The food is really good with quite a few offers throughout the week, I would recommend the burger with the fries which you can load up for only a £1 extra which is amazing, the portion size is good with the food times being amazing. Would recommend if you’re going here for a quick drink or a meal with your family.

Good afternoon for my daughter’s birthday, new menu, recommend the gammon. Great service from Paul
