Back's Delicatessen - Stockport

The restaurant offers a variety of food options including cream, cookies, ice cream, sauces, and cold cuts. However, the sandwiches are a bit expensive and underwhelming. The bread used in my sandwich was a cheap white roll and lacked substance. Some items at the Deli counter are also on the pricey side. The location has a lovely outdoor seating area when it's open.

The payment was accidentally rejected by the waitress, which was an honest mistake that I completely understand. However, I was not happy with the incredibly rude attitude of the male employee towards me. Despite this, the food was delicious and I will consider dining here again in the future.

During my first visit to Back’s Deli, I was excited to try something new. However, I was disappointed to find that the food was bland and tasteless, not living up to the quality of similar products from Greggs. Considering the price I paid, I expected a more flavorsome sandwich. I would recommend going to Martin's Sandwich Shop up the road for a cheaper, tastier, and larger sandwich. The staff at Back’s Deli seemed disinterested in their customers, making the experience unpleasant. It's a shame that they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to Back’s Deli and will not recommend it to friends and family. I hope that the owners will consider improving the quality of their food and the impact their employees have on customer experience.

Stopped here for a bacon sandwich and a cuppa tea people behind the counter all doing something so i had to wait a little while untill one decided to take my order Eat in or out I was asked. In please'...i replied, and took a seat at a rickety table next to the window four small tables are availlable at the end of the counter Food and drink arrived the Bap was not as fresh as i would have hoped (at in the morning) and the bacon was not cooked enough (the fat was still opaque) i ripped off the fat and ate the sandwich. I paid which on exiting the premises found I had been chgarged an extra for the luxury of sitting at the little table REALLY??? so if four of us went in for a sarnie each, the bill would have been loaded with a charge. I'm in the wrong business!! Will I go again I don't think so. . . .
