This restaurant is located inside a moose, which is not a common recommendation, but the Swedes have a talent for making quick and healthy food, even in unusual places like a moose. You can enjoy the various options they offer, which allow you to taste everyday Swedish cuisine. They offer dishes such as fish fillets, like haddock with herbs and wine sauce, as well as the famous meat bowls from the bay for 12 euros. There is also a salad with a variety of smoked salmon for 10 euros, and a dish with various Swedish flavors for the same price. They have a selection of sandwiches made with Swedish bread that looks exquisite, as well as a variety of breads like whole wheat, flatbread, and black bread. The desserts will leave you wanting more. The restaurant is quite large, so if you haven't planned to eat anywhere else, this may be your only option to refuel without leaving the moose. However, be prepared for the high price of a water bottle at 3.50 euros.
This restaurant is located in a museum, not the type that is usually recommended, but the Swedes have a good touch for making fast and healthy food, even in the most unusual places like a museum, you can eat well. The options they offer allow you to try everyday Swedish food, there are fish fillets, like haddock, with herbs and wine sauce, also the famous Swedish meatballs, which come with lingonberries, which are very tasty, and are served as a jam that is poured over the meat giving it a sweet flavor. Another dish to try is the Kankalssoppa, which is a delicious vegetable soup. The prices are not as high as in city center restaurants, but if it were in Spain, it would cost half the price, it is a very expensive country... Main dishes cost around 12 euros, the soup 9 euros. There is a salad with a selection of smoked salmon, which costs 10 euros, and a dish with various Swedish flavors for also 10 euros. They offer a selection of sandwiches with Swedish bread that looked delicious. Then there is a variety of breads of all types, whole grain, flat, dark... which are very good, and the desserts will make your mouth water. The museum is very large, so if you haven't planned anything to eat, as the visit takes at least 3 hours, it may be your only option to refresh yourself without leaving the museum, but everything is good. One negative point, a bottle of water costs 3.50 euros!
I found it to be a bit expensive, so since I had brought a sandwich for lunch, I decided to only buy a drink and dessert, hehe. So I enjoyed a delicious cinnamon bun (the best I tried in Stockholm) and a chocolate pastry, like a meatball covered in coconut, mmmmmmmmm! So I can't speak for the main dishes, but the desserts are to die for! By the way, this restaurant has a terrace with really nice views.
