I made a reservation for two for lunch at Napolyon, a recently opened restaurant. It was very busy and crowded, but the interior was pleasant. We were seated by the window, though we had to struggle to get into our seats due to the crowdedness. The sofa we sat on had a broken back, which was irritating as we leaned back. Our waiter was overly friendly and made a big deal out of presenting menus, taking orders, and serving. I ordered the steak tartare with some modifications (I upgraded to 200g for an extra cost and chose a salad over fries), which was no problem. The food arrived promptly. The steak was in a pre-blended patty form (I prefer the traditional kind), similar to the one at Bistro Berns. The taste was good and fresh, and I appreciated that the meat was cool, not cold. Overall, a positive experience with the food but a negative one due to the crowded environment.
