Mcdonald's - Stockholm

It took 25 minutes to receive a standard order of three meals, and some of the burgers were cold. I do not recommend this restaurant. The weak excuse given did not help the situation.

We always try Maccas in every country, Hoping for a local speciality but unfortunately it was pretty much the same. Helpful English speaking staff.

We just wanted some food after travelling to the city and tried to pay on the self serve machines which didn’t work (they didn’t work for a few others too and there was a queue behind us) greeted by Jesper who tells us “we have a lot to do” in a very rude and passive aggressive tone. This isn’t how you should talk to customers (especially as someone who works in the customer service industry). Not very impressed.

I visited this restaurant while staying nearby and in need of a quick bite to eat. The service was fast, but I had some difficulty navigating the menu in English. The food tasted similar to what I'm used to in the US, but it wasn't anything exceptional.

They brought my child a burned one for second time, this was the guy in white shirt. I had to eat it as my child would not. No one gives a *uck about anything anymore!!! My stomach hurts now!!! Evil people there, stay away! Go bankrupt *hit company!!!!
