Husmans Deli, Oestermalmshallen

Although listed as a restaurant, this place is more of a deli where you can pick up food to go. If you're visiting town for a few days and have access to a kitchen, be sure to visit this spot. Located in the Östermalms Saluhall, it's the perfect place to pick up meats and cheeses to create a delicious spread. They offer a wide variety of cured meats and cheeses, along with crackers and spreads to complement them. While they also have fresh meat available, we didn't try it during our visit. We visited this deli three times during our month in Stockholm to grab items to snack on at our apartment.

We tried three excellent Swedish cheeses at Husman's Deli - Boxholms, Wrangebacks, and Vasterbottens. We loved all three of them.

I was recommended by a Swedish friend to try the Swedish meatballs at this restaurant. I was not let down at all, as they were absolutely delicious. The entire menu looked tempting, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I cannot wait to return to Stockholm and sample more of their dishes.

We went here having heard about the meatballs and they were lovely and very filling! Comes with mash, loganberries and a side salad. We sat at the counter (the only option) and it was a nice experience with the food hall having a good vibe. The staff were lovely as well. Would definitely go back.
