Greasy Spoon Tjaerhovsgatan - Stockholm

They serve breakfast with vegan and vegetarian options. Staff was attentive and kind. Food was also nice. Would stop by for my next visit to Stockholm.

What a restaurant! This place is such a gem, it’s the whole package wholesome atmosphere, friendly attentive staff and most importantly, amazing food! Couldn’t recommend Greasy Spoon any more! Just make sure you’re starving before you go, you won’t be disappointed.

Service was slow and cappuccino and food were tepid. It was about 20 minutes before the waitress took our order, 40 minutes before we even got water, and an addition 20-30 minutes until we got our food. My sister’s pancakes were a good temperature, but my food was a bit cold, like it had been sitting out for some time. I understand being short-staffed, but I can’t forgive the temperature of my order.

My friend and I met up for brunch here. We had to wait 50 mins for a table well worth the wait I can tell you. We walked Söder and talked until we received the text that they had a free table. We were seated, ordered in a very friendly manner. We sat inside as outside was chilly. We had matche lattes, Orange juice, blueberry scotch pancakes, and we each had the smashed avocado with a side of bacon...WONDERFUL to say the least. The restaurant's atmosphere is lovely. They speak both english and swedish. Crowded yet quiet, tiny but cozy. One bathroom which was very clean. I enjoyed this restaurant VERY much and discovered there are 2 more branchs. They do not take bookings, drop ins which I though was cool too. Gives the restaurant a more laid back, chill and informal feeling. Thank you so very much Greasy Spoon for your service. Excellent and varied food choice, friendly and helpful service. Easy to find. Toast was very subtle. Great value and relaxed
