The Hotdog Co. - Stockbridge

It's been a couple of weeks and I'm still talking this place up to family and coworkers. I got the chili cheese dog, pimento dog, and an order of chili cheese fries and it was fantastic. The dogs were worth writing home about but the fries were incredible. Will definitely go back and try some other parts of the menu. For what it's worth, this was a cheat meal.

Well, this is my first time coming here. Not sure if I'll be back for a few reasons, however, the main reason that brought me here was the prices for what you receive. The toppings are overpriced, and underserved. I was supposed to be charged $1.00 for the chili and cheese together, and then another $1.00 for the added bacon. Somehow, my order came up to be an extra $1.00 over the actual price and I am still confused on how the order was calculated. Please note that this certainly would not have been a problem, if I saw $3.00 worth of toppings on the hotdog). But it was barely any toppings, specifically the chili. I almost wasn't sure if they added any on there. The bun was great, but the hot dog itself could have been better for what I paid for.

For starters, there should have been a menu posted at the drive-up window. If they plan to keep the drive-thru open then it needs a canopy. Customer service was decent but the hotdogs were really good! They could’ve used better chili, but it was still very good. I got two footlongs because I thought that the regular hotdogs were going to be too small. BIG mistake! It took a lot of work to consume both of them. A bit pricey, but everything is these days. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a long time customer here, long before it was the Hot Dog Company. It has always been run professionally, friendly and never ever any complaints. Even stuck with them when they changed the way they cooked the fries but they eventually went back to the original way, thank you. But today 5-27-2022 at 2:00 I was in the drive through and was waited on by the most rude and impolite young lady that I have come in contact with in a long time. All I remember is she was working the drive through at 2:00 she had dark colored hair. I won't even go into what she said to me and my friends in the car, but she should understand that speaking her opinions to the customer and correcting them is not only unacceptable, it isn't her job. But it also cost the Hot Dog company a life long customer, I/WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Good luck. So sad.

May 25,2022 I was there, the Hot dogs and everything they sell is absolutely awesome. The customer service is good also that contributes to the enjoyment of their food. I tell you the hot dogs ? are so good, the Chilli, the cold slaw so good, the fries from real potatoes. I recommend this place. To add: after I ate and headed home which is a drive. I turned around went back and purchased 3 Chilli dogs with fries for my husband ?
