At least one star must be given to write this review. I don't release this star. I have dealt with the rudeness of the older gentleman both to us as customers and to the people who work there. It's not CLEARLY what he wants to do. Of all the pizzas I've got here, there was only one with a little Ceasars worthy crust. Your crust is always flat and missing. I never feel like driving until Hgwy 138. Now the Stor knows how to make a pizza and how to treat people. Tell me what Mr. Illitch, make me the Franchisee here and watch your winnings soar and the reviews explode with 5 stars.
I've never had a very good experience with this little Ceaser, but today the cake takes. Your online hours as well as the hours on the store show that they open at 11:00 on Monday. I got up at 11. I expected it would take a few minutes after I gave up my order to fire everything and not. I had no problems with that. When I raised, did I notice? Light wasn't on. There were two people in there. I sat there for a few minutes and thought they'd open in the next few minutes. Instead, both staff went out, locked the door, got in a car and left. You didn't talk to me at all. I sat there for a few minutes longer, now my order by Dominos via the app. An older man moved up and tried the door. It was locked. I rolled my window down and told him what's going on. He thanked me and left. Two sales were lost today. I finally punched a date and time and went. I wonder if the owner is aware that the employees seem to go in and then? Update 7/10: My daughter tried to order a filled crust pizza and some bread sticks. The guy behind the counter told her they didn't make any more food and only sell what they have. It was 19:00 and the closing times are 10:00. She went there and went to the other place. They had no problems doing their orders. This place is terrible. The owner could take care of less.
Yesterday called and order for large thin peppers, extra cheese. A young man took my order... told me the total cost and time. I wanted to pick it up just to find out that the order was not made because they were from thin crust since the first day. My time and gas was was wasted when I drove up there and sat in the drive.?? Why has management not informed employees that they are from a product. The manager did nothing to compensate me for my time and wasted gas!??
I placed an order at your Hudson bridge store in Stockbridge GA. Order#618. I was told that the online system was down yet I made my order online at 6:09 on 6/3/22. The tracker said that it went in the oven @6:29 and that was it no more updates. I went to the establishment only to be asked by the young lady at the front why I didn't just come by and are the supposed to know what my car looked like and did I expect them to bring it out to me. then she spoke to Sal on the phone who said not to make me another one since it had been sitting under the heat for 30min. I was also told that if I wanted a refund then I would need to call corporate. The young lady also said that she wasn't about to replace it because that would get her in trouble. At the end of the day, I took the old Batman pizza and parmesan wings to eliminate the drama. The dismissive attitudes were ridiculous. If I could give a -1 I would.
