I dined in at this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. The service was excellent and we were served promptly.

I apologize for this review. I was looking to take my niece out to lunch and decided to try a new Thai restaurant based on my research. Despite reading some negative reviews, we decided to give it a chance. However, we were disappointed from the moment we walked in as we were not greeted with any courtesy by the host. Once seated, we noticed roaches running around and under our table, which prompted us to leave immediately. I urge the restaurant to take heed of others' experiences and not dismiss bad reviews as simply vindictive. Paying attention to feedback can prevent others from having a negative dining experience like we did.

Loved! Came in at 8 and was worried about dining in so late but they were so kind. Got the beef pad thai and some tom yum goong soup. Very good though the Thai tea isn’t authentic in my opinion!

The food at Insee Thai always comes out hot and delicious. Everything I’ve tried over the years is flavorful and cooked to perfection. Tonight I had the Pad CU w shrimp beef- so good.
