Village Food Cafe - Stirling

I visited this restaurant for a healthy lunch with a friend, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The only options were white rolls filled with cheese or mayonnaise, and the one vegan flatbread actually had mozzarella on it, leaving soup as the only vegan choice. This was not ideal for my friend, who has a disability. There were no salads available, just containers of fruit, and we had to request proper cutlery since the wooden utensils felt inadequate for our meals. The food was served on cardboard, which felt less than appealing. While the food and service were okay, we ended up cleaning our own table, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a rather lackluster lunch for a place we thought would offer healthier options. It feels like a missed opportunity for what could be a lovely dining spot.

This is a great café with amazing soups; however, it could definitely benefit from having more vegan options, especially since it's located in a sports center. Otherwise, it's a lovely place!
