The Crossed Peels - Stirling

Met friends here on Saturday for drinks and what an amazing selection of drinks available at reasonable prices. Plenty of seating options, over 2 floors. Friendly and efficient staff, with the option of ordering via their app too and quick service once ordered. Very busy but a great atmosphere

Absolutely spot on. Staff were really helpful, above and beyond. Food was great and quick. Two of us had steaks and both said it was the best steak they'd had. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent value for money-cheap drink and cheap food. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Prompt, polite service. Plenty of choice. Able to while away the hours with no pressure to leave!

One of our orders was 2 steaks and when brought out, both had missing items on the plate such as mushrooms and onion rings... whilst we waited for the missing items we cut into what we thought would be our medium-well done steaks but both were red raw inside and blood oozed out onto the plate. The sight totally put me off eating as I can forgive some missing items, but not how any self-respecting chef can make such a terrible mistake, so I requested a refund. The other items ordered like the pizza and fish and chips were OK. The eggs on the ham, egg and chips ordered: 1 egg had no yolk and the other had a green tinge and was completely overcooked... took around 10 mins to receive freshly cooked ones. All in all, several clumsy and unforgivable mistakes made and although I was refunded for the two steaks, these blunders and time delays (when they weren't even very busy) ruined our first evening visiting Stirling.
