I was a bit hesitant to try the place, considering the overall rating. I found the place to be very inviting and upscale. We had four different burgers and all were delicious. The patty alone has a really good flavour that it doesn't really need much toppings but the toppings are great (especially the pastrami). The fried chicken was tender and the burger had a nice spiciness to it. The bacon, Mac and cheese is definitely a must try. The burgers ooze with delicious cheese. I would definitely like to return to try other options on the menu.The food seems pricey but once you get the good you realize it's worth it (none of us could finish a portion).The waitress was incredibly friendly. All in all, a great experience.Also, this is not a fast food joint. The food did take long to prepare (it seemed the case with other customers as well) but it was worth the wait.

Just WOW!!!!<br/ <br/ Everything you could want in a burger. The taste was something out of this world. The perfect combination of sweet and sour and leave such an amazing flavour in your mouth. <br/ <br/ The vibe is great. Bull riding. Friendly people and staff. Loved every moment. <br/ <br/ Thank you Guy Fieri for a great experience and AMAZING FOOD!

Cozy vibe, fast and friendly service from the waiter and host. Ordered the Cheesecake Challenge and Fried ice cream. Both made my mouth scream “Plot Twist”. Really good experience.

The evening we came here, there was such a vibe in the restaurant! The staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. The food is quite 'different ', as it is American (bigger is better) style, but we still found it quite tasty and it was exciting to try something new.

The food is really unique to SA..<br/ The servings are massive!!!<br/ Their Mac and cheese burger was really good but really filling!<br/ Atmosphere is really nice and this can be the perfect location to watch sports with massive tv in the centre.<br/ <br/ Oh and there's a a bull that you can ride if you dare!
