White Castle - Stillwater

She needs more staff. too many people love white castle and they have a long line usually wrapped around the building. they can't get the miniburgers out fast enough, it seems.

I work just around the corner, and I frequent this white Castle for their impossible burgers. The past handful of times, the drive thru hasn't been busy at all, but there's been a pretty long wait time, and I only get so long of a lunch break. Not sure what's going on. The food is good, but maybe y'all are under-staffed?

Don't stop at this White Castle they will take 20 mins to cook 5 burgers. I had to repeat my order 6 times, and when I paid they still had it wrong. I ordered no onion 6 times and it still had onion on it. I asked for ketchup mustard and pickle and they put Nothing on. I am very upset with there horrible service. The burgers were mangled in there boxes. Pictures to follow....

My drink was spilled .Not a sorry or do you need any napkins. $3.00 tip . Not even a THANK YOU BEFOR OR AFTER.

Hard to believe they are able to stay open, drive thru service is slower than ordering and eating in a sit down restaurant, they couldn’t remember 3 items when ordered. And ONLY drive thru is open! And this wasn’t the first time. If they had competition nearby they would be out of business. Definitely won’t be back.
