The Ranchers Club - Stillwater

Was Excited to Experience the Fine Dinning in a Traditional setting. Student Run the whole operation. Lovely Dining Rooms. Nice Menu. Full Bar, Fabulous Wine Selection. We were first service for The Evening. Service was par. Not quite what I'm use to for Fine Dinning. The Rib Eye Steak was prepared to perfection. The Loaded potato was hot creamy and Delicious. The Shrimp was well cooked not rubber. And the Garlic compound butter was a nice treat to the fresh baked bread. Make early reservations place fills fast. Definitely a wonderful place.

This is a very nice fine dining experience in Stillwater at Oklahoma State University. They have a neat history with well to do alumni donating money to help renovate and upgrade the old club that was more like Chili's than Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Each Donor also sports their favorite wine stocked by the Club. I normally get the Strip Steak for consistency, and I was pleasantly rewarded with this choice. Expect to pay for this meal, but the price is reasonable for what you are receiving. The Ranch Club is not quite at the level of Nick and Sam's or Gallagher's but they try hard and do very well with the food and the service. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Bryce was super nice and welcoming. His mojitos are so good.

I have not dined here, but the owners came to my restaurant. If The Ranchers Club is any reflection of them, I look forward to dining there. They were friendly, fun, and just down right 'real ' people. We talked about food, wine, and business. Awesome people, would love to take care of them again, and looking forward to dining in their restaurant in the near future.
