Einstein Bistro - St.Gallen

We came here via the Swiss Coupon Pass and would not be disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted great. The dessert (News York Cheesecake) in particular was a poem.

Brunch with two other people on Sunday July 30, 2023. It was quiet and not many people because it was vacation. The selection of dishes was extensive as well as seasonal products from the region. Special requests were implemented perfectly at the cooking station. Everything is fresh, lots of fruit, fine tea. The price for external guests of CHF 35 is justified (I was able to redeem a voucher, which made it CHF 18)! There is always more choice, but the offer is select and of the best quality. And it was lush. All good things come in threes, i.e. I'll be back. Best regards

Probably the only place in St. Gallen where you can have a decent brunch. Great variety, everything fresh and delicious. The service is always motivated and friendly. At this point a big praise and compliment to Martin, who served our table. Very well-positioned, infectiously good mood, very professional. Keep it up. I'd love to come back.
