Taco Bell - Stevens Point

The dining experience at this restaurant was consistently below average. Despite being Taco Bell, it has been getting progressively worse. The steak quesadilla was overcooked and lacked enough steak filling, while the cinnamon twists had no flavor and a strange aftertaste that was quite off-putting. I didn't have high expectations for Taco Bell, but this was truly disappointing.

Drive-thru: I was on a trip and stopped here for dinner with my family. Unfortunately, my order was not prepared correctly even though I paid extra. The tortilla chips were stale and unappetizing. The service was cold and uninviting, with unfriendly staff. The only positive aspect was that the food was relatively hot.

Whenever I order from this Taco Bell location, the food I receive is consistently different from any other Taco Bell I've been to, and not in a good way. It's very disappointing. The fact that they deceive customers by providing false information and then giving them something completely different from what they ordered is unacceptable. I believe this location should be closed down, as this has been an ongoing issue for years.

These young are always great. order food on the app. tell them when you pick it up. pick it up when you tell them. fun. not like the mcothers who take their mobile order and let them wait 10 minutes after they arrived to get it.

I have never gone inside. The food is exactly what you'd expect from Taco Bell.My only complaint is the drive through is very narrow and can be hard to navigate with a big vehicle.
