Burger King - Stevens Point

Get a new team and manager. hot frise, cold nuggets. the frys are down in the bag. burgers were good. when the manager trains them, they fire the manager and keep them personal. it is not the employees who are responsible when the trainers suck at the training. this place has not changed since the first day of its opening. you need more staff. at least. I'm sorry to sound like an idiot. I gave it 3/5 because the burgers smash.

By far the worst Burger King I've ever had. 10 minutes wait with no other customers? cold eating after long waiting. workers do not wear masks and touching face. I had 5 bad experiences for always good and this time was so bad I couldn't let it slip. the dame told me to wait while she was looking for BBQ sauce to give me, and I asked zösty as backup if she could not find any. After waiting I was handed over a bag without a sauce and nothing was told to me before I drove out without my sauce.

The manager gave our job to someone else after he said, pull them forward to load on food then she never said anything to us said hmmmmmmmm look at the cams

11:15 o'clock, 11/12. I ordered chickenuggets French pommes and a hepper. everything was cold and I was one of two people there. everything was cold. this has happened several times at this place. are managers trained to check the food? are employees trained to know that eating should be hot? regardless of which it should be healthy.

Waited 40 minutes for our food. Staffing unfriendly, and have had issues in the past with them getting our food wrong. Better off going to a different Burger King in town. I wouldn't eat here again.
