2nd Street Kitchen - Stevens Point

It's OK. the food we got was cold and probably would have been great if it was warmer. I got the sweet blue omelet which was a pile of uncooked onions and spinach with some limp sweet potatoes. the omelet wasn't warm enough to melt the blue cheese. my partner got the bacon chicken ranch sandwich which was blah. couldn't even taste the ranch or the bacon. Honestry I can't recommend this place.

This cafe was exactly what we needed after a morning tour of the city. The fare was light and delicious and very reasonably priced. The menu had a little bit of everything and was easily able to satisfy our group of four. The service was quick and friendly, everyone had a smile on their face and seemed to enjoy their job! There are very cool Knick knacks to visually enjoy with you dine such as a bicycle and a ton of old photos. Street parking.

Such a cute place to eat. The service is friendly and the food is excellent. The restaurant's decor is older farm tables and chairs and gives off a very cozy, community friendly vibe. I would highly recommend this place if you are passing through Stevens Point. You won't be disappointed.

We just had the perfect brunch this morning at The Wooden Chair. We had a table of six and everyone ordered something different! The Power Bowl was flavorful and filling. The Avocado Toast was delightful and the Eggs Benedict was a treat. We tried one lunch item, The Press Back, which was a delicious sandwich. The staff were friendly and location so cozy and inviting! Can't wait to go back! A must stop in St. Point.
