Beyond Stevenage

I would like to understand the pricing system in this restaurant. My friend and I both ordered a Coca Cola without ice, but were charged different prices. I was charged £1.80 and my friend was charged £1.60. We paid separately but ordered at the same time. Earlier in the evening, I was charged 80p during happy hour. Can you please explain the pricing policy and why there is such inconsistency in the prices?

Went here on a Thursday night with a group of 10 friends. The staff were nice, the place looked great and the drinks were a great price. The booths they have can hold a large number of people therefore all of us could sit at one table. The dance floor section didnt open until gone 11, which was a little annoying but the music was great when it did. I love the section outside and how there are two bars, this makes it a lot quicker when getting drinks. Overall a great place to go, i had a lot of fun.

This bar serves watered-down coke at a cheaper price, giving customers a horrible experience. The door staff are rude and treated the reviewer like an idiot for wanting to step outside for some fresh air. Despite having personal belongings inside the bar, they were not allowed back in and were threatened with police involvement if they didn't leave. Eventually, a more reasonable staff member allowed them to retrieve their belongings and leave. The reviewer is appalled by the poor customer service and vows to never return to this establishment again.

After ordering nachos and explicitly stating to the staff that I am intolerant to chili and pepper, they served a plate loaded with jalapeños. A manager later arrived and informed us that we couldn't have a replacement pint because the table was too unstable and caused the drink to spill on the floor (it was 8:30pm at the time). Despite the evident condition of the table, the Bar&beyond group claimed it was not their fault, implying that we were to blame. Following a lengthy debate with the replacement manager, we spoke to bar staff and the manager returned with a bottle of Peroni as a gesture of apology, although it was not the same drink. After the ordeal, we simply wanted to resolve the situation. It was all too absurd! We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Nice evening. Good music drinks were reasonable price. 4 quid for double vodka and redbul . But 6 pound 50 for double vodka and come is a bit unfair. Also try to leave before kick out time because there tends to be a fight or 2 outside at closing time.
