Kfc - Stevenage

There is not much more to say about Ollie other than he is a real asset to this restaurant. His customer service skills are outstanding - professional, friendly, and always ensuring our order is perfect, even though we can be quite particular. Thank you once again, and we will definitely be returning soon.

Updated in December 2020, I decided to give this restaurant another chance and was pleasantly surprised. The quality and speed of service have greatly improved, possibly due to new ownership or processes. The staff were friendly and efficient, and our orders were prepared correctly with no issues. My whole family enjoyed our meals, which were delicious and served quickly. In contrast to my previous negative experience, the food was hot and tasty. Despite ongoing issues with chicken delivery, I remain hopeful that the new KFC nearby will offer better service. I am no longer hesitant to return to this restaurant.

Disgusting doesn't cut it, gross, rotten staff with disgusting attitudes. Please please do not go needs reporting to head office.

Two visits and incomplete order twice first time they got the zinger wrong second visit they forgot the beans no spoon hand wipes Not great service at all

After today, I would choose Burger King over KFC. The meal I had was much better than the burger here, the fries were nice, but the overall appearance was just okay. I do not plan on returning here and I will be sharing my experience with others. The chicken portion was also very small.
