Frankie And Benny's - Stevenage

It was the ninth birthday of our daughter to whom they enjoyed very much.

Had to wait for our previously booked table. eating was very boring/average and the noise level, including the music, was just too much. the price was quite steep for the quality of the event. we wouldn't go back. I would just say that our waiter was very smiling against unhappy. there is a lot of competition on the retail park where they are based, they need on their game.

Beautiful staff, eat hot and love the art, like all the workers happy birthday singing, every amount of choice on menu

When we went in and I said I've booked a table for 3 at 6.30pm, the waitress said couldn't find my booking, but luckily we still managed to got a table. I would like to know why me booking not gone through to Frankie Benny? I don't think I will use your service again in future!!

The food was bland and looked messy. Starters were nice but nothing special. The main (chicken pitta) had about 2 lettuce leaves stuffed into the bottom of the pitta. The hunters chicken was very small and tasteless. Disappointed. Only good thing was our waitress who was lovely.
