I hate to leave a negative review knowing how hard the employees work, but this was the worst experience I've had with food. The chicken was overcooked to the point of being almost burnt, and I felt sick after eating it. The parking lot sign looked like it had been beaten. After seeing other customers' negative reviews, I have to wonder where the franchise management is in all of this. I am disappointed and will not be returning to this place again.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches to go on my trip on May 26 at 3 o'clock. The chicken was greasy and appeared to be double fried, with a dark brown coating. When I got home, I ended up giving it to my dog. Definitely not as advertised, not safe to eat.

I usually go to a restaurant for my favorite chicken wings, but they were unexpectedly closed early for the second day in a row. So, I decided to try Popeyes instead. The wings were different from what I was used to, but they had a unique flavor so I decided to give them a try. I waited about 15 minutes for my order, and although the window person was somewhat friendly, they seemed distracted and not very attentive. They ended up giving me the wrong bag of food, and even though it wasn't what I originally ordered, I was so hungry that I ate it anyway. The food was hot and tasty, but I couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed that it wasn't what I had expected.

Worst fast food store I have ever been to. Took 15 mins for a chicken sandwich and nobody was in line. Cold food. Half my fries were in the bottom of the bag, cold. They were out of everything so I got water. I asked for sauce, didn't get that either. Just shut this place down. Seriously, you guys are doing ZERO things right. If I could, I'd even ask for a refund.

I hate giving bad reviews, but here goes. Payed 5.49 for Mac and cheese. Wasn't in there. Wanted to go back and get it, but with gas prices up and living too far, we'll the rest is history. Wouldn't complain but this is not the first time. The chicken was overcooked and dry. I don't want a free meal or a we're sorry to make things better, just do better. The company made and extra $5.50 for free.
