Charged me twice but manager made sure was taken care of. Food just slipped together 0 presentation. But it's a Coney....

I've eaten here a few times. Service is outstanding and the staff is friendly. Great onion rings, BLT's and patty melts. Next time we're going to get breakfast!

I've never had an awful experience from here until today. My job often does group orders and they served one my co workers an uncooked burger. They use frozen Patty's so you would expect it to be cooked. After asking for a refund for the burger they refused unless they refunded the whole ordered and then they said they would give a credit but when my co worker arrived back there they refused.then he accused us of yelling at him when we only tried to explain that it didn't sense. For the over priced mediocre food they serve you would expect the service to be better. You lost a good group of customers that spent money with you weekly.
