Jet's Pizza - Sterling Heights

The service at this location is usually good, but I'm sitting in the restaurant as I writes this review. I've overheard at least 3 other customers complaining. I placed on online order, even called in after to confirm I was told to come in 20 minutes. I arrive to be told my order was voided. Reluctantly ordered again, was told they would prioritize my order and I've been sitting here for 50 minutes. My original order was placed 95 minutes ago and still no food. Hopefully the pizzas and bread orders are good if I ever actually get my food. Lots of people standing around waiting. Highly disappointed.

Could have been a lot better the last two times I've ordered from this place and had it delivered. I literally live down the street...Food was very dry and barely warm; looked like it was under a heat lamp for hours. And Jets is my go to pizza place. I will order from another franchise next time.

As far as carry out pizza, this location is one of the best in the area! I've been here over a handful of times over the last 6 months and I've never been disappointed. Service is always nice and pizza is always hot, tasty and fresh. What more could you ask for??! If you're ordering online, make sure to check out the deals on their deals page at checkout! There is always usually a coupon on the back of your Kroger receipt if you go to the Kroger store at Canal and Schoenherr.

Jets is our favorite pizza place around town. This time when we placed an order, it was made but had a mistake as they are training right now but Nathan went above and beyond to correct the mistake and help us out. The pizza was delicious and the service was awesome. Thank you, Nathan!

Okay it's jets so it's good. Their whole menu is good. Fast service, I've never had to wait too long for my pizza. Good prices. Very friendly workers.
