Hungry Howie's Pizza - Sterling Heights

No, thank you, I'm not going to get in touch with them. when their really read the reviews, they notice that there is a problem with the manager, debbie, and all they do is say we'll contact with the owner. Obviously the owner, greg, could give a rat what ppl must say about his bad administration. hungry howie 's this place is the worst because of the administration and I wouldn't allow someone to leasing my company name with such bad reviews. their customers have spoken and nobody does anything about it. Finally, it will be an empty building.

I ordered a pizza for delivery just before 4pm. The estimated wait was 45 minutes. 65 minutes later when I checked the status online, the pizza hadn't been made yet, let alone assigned to a delivery driver.When I called to cancel my order, the people were polite, but did not apologize for taking way longer than estimated, or try to salvage the sale if they did already make the pizza. I have no idea when I actually would have gotten my pizza, but there shouldn't be a time estimate if it's not going to be in the neighborhood of correct. Had they said it would be 1.5 hours or 2.0 hours for delivery, I could have made my choice. As it is, I am hangry, and no closer to eating than I was 75 minutes ago.

Of course Greg always trying to scam out here. For some reason this is the only hungry Howie‘s in the area that when you try to split up a pizzas toppings the system is set up to charge 1.99 per topping instead of .99 seeing as how your getting it only on half the pizza. Like I said every other howies in the area does not charge you double for toppings if you’re only doing let’s say pepperoni on half and sausage on the other half this place will charge you an extra two bucks if that’s what you want.

I used to love Hungry Howie’s but I couldn’t even eat it this time. They must have changed their whole recipe, the dough is thick and flavorless now.

Food service is hard right now and all deliverys servicing are running behind.It's only right to be kind and understanding.I see lots of reviews complaining about delivery times, but with an influx of orders and a shortage of drivers, I'm not sure what anyone expects. It's like this at all delivery services right now.I have ordered carry out from here several times and never had any quality issues.Staff is always kind, and the food is always hot and fresh
