Catrina Mia - Sterling Heights

After reading many positive reviews, I decided to order birria ramen at this restaurant. However, I was left disappointed. The dish was extremely salty and lacked any meat (though it may not typically come with meat). The saltiness was so overpowering that I couldn't even add hot sauce. Despite almost being inedible, I powered through and ate the noodles. The owner was friendly and the eating area was clean and nicely set up. I would be willing to give this place another try, as I believe it may have been an error with the seasoning. Next time, I might opt for tacos or another dish to be on the safe side.

The Birria quesadillas at this restaurant are delicious. However, I'm not sure if they are worth the price. The cost is 17.50 for just one quesadilla, which is medium to large in size. Despite the price, I recommend trying it at least once.

The Quesa Birria Quesadilla at this restaurant was outstanding. I highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly and the service was fast.

I had the most amazing experience at this taco food truck! The tacos were absolutely delicious and the flavors were out of this world. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend trying their tacos! 5 stars for sure!

Everything we had here was well made and delicious! The birria Quesadilla with consomme was definitely a flavor bomb! The chicken quesadilla was decadent and cheesy! Lastly, the Elote was so creamy and tangy! I will definitely order these
