Food and drinks are always amazing. Customer service is always great. Hours always vary, they turn on/off the mobile order that is very aggregating! I called and asked why and got the ridiculous answer at all!!!! The manager's answer was because it's too busy. The app should help. Instead of ordering, I can just pick it up. Order is the main time consumption!

After a LONG day at work, enjoy my Starbucks cold brewing outside! I couldn't get my app to add my new debit card, update my address and then pay! The lady behind the counter was super nice and didn't let me rush at all. Then she suggested her cold beer after telling her about my long day and the fact that I had a long trip back to Dallas. Your new nitro cold brew minus the sweet cream is super smooth, strong and tasty. I will definitely be slow and easy as I can say it has a lot of caffeine and it is strong!!
