We always visit this restaurant whenever we dock in Stenundsund, and it seems like the management has changed a few times over the years. In the past, it felt more like a pub than a restaurant. However, this year we invited a family of five to join us and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The manager was very friendly and took our order while sitting down with us, rather than standing and appearing impatient. I was impressed when a teenager in our group ordered a plank steak, as the manager inquired about their meat preference and cooking level (blue, rare, medium, well-done) - a level of attention to detail not common in other restaurants. The child's pizza came with customized toppings, not just what was listed on the menu. The burgers were tasty and there was not a long wait for our food. We also appreciated that they provided us with containers to take home our leftovers.

While the restaurant itself may be average, it stands out for its lovely summer terrace. The pizzas are above average in quality and the restaurant has a full alcohol license. In addition, there are plenty of live performances to enjoy.
