I will no longer be supporting Die Boord Fishaways! All I got when I reached them was oh sorry we're closed can we refund you and sorry for the inconvenience. Absolutely DISGUSTING!
Paid almost R90 for the hake calamari strips with a salad and my food hardly weights 200g. Absolutely horrendous service from fisherways. Never again. Feels like I'm being scammed with this amount of food
After two bad experiences with fishaways in the boord, Stellenbosch last year, for which she reimburses me after a crowd complaining (which wants to complain if they only want to go and pick up a simple meal and have it in their house? I decided to go back tonight. the estimated time for the food was 18:26. I came there at 18:40 and my food was not ready yet (it was a simple order). I was treated quite rudely on the counter when I told the coworker without the name tag that the app said that my eating was ready. I'll wait until 19:00. until then, I was only quiet. the lady in question gave it to eat without as much as an excuse. I told her she at least apologized. at home I discovered that my two Cole stoles were not in the pocket. never again. and others will hear from it.
Staff very onfriendly cant even greet you, and very slowly.
Update: I was contacted by their head office one evening at 8 PM. I requested that they call me back during business hours the following day, but they never did. Instead, I received a message stating that they had been trying to reach me but received no response, so they closed the complaint inquiry. To them, it seems like it’s all settled.
