Pizzeria Wild West - STELLA CILENTO

We had a lot of good food in Italy, but this place was one of the tops. My grandmother was born in Stella Cilento, so we were in town looking for a family history and stumbled over Wild West. We were initially skeptical with the American name and the fact that no one was there and the owners were on the terrace when we arrived. We were more than pleasantly surprised. Everything was excellent. Fresh pasta, gnocchi, salads, ice cold beer, etc. We were quite astonished as they could whip so wonderfully fresh and delicious food so quickly. But they did. If you're somewhere near this place, you should try. It's not right in the town of Stella Cilento, just half a mile or something outside. Ask someone for instructions.
